    Hi Everyone

    I have been recommended  these apartments-any thoughts-rental guarantees provided.These are cash positive.

    This is from Positive Property Investment group.Also houses in Chinchiila and Griffin ,Mango hill.Any ideas about these ares would be appreciated.
