Craig Christie: This month's Real Deal has a bit of a twist! I've asked Craig Christie to put his investor hat on and share with us his 2 into 5 splitter block!
Craig is actually our resident town planner so he has a lot of inside information on how to get these types of deals through council effectively.
During this project Craig learned how to work with money partners and use property options for the first time…. He actually did this deal using none of his own money and wants to share with everyone how he did that.
