Hi guys my names Tom and i'm looking at a 3bed unit in a complex of 20 2bed units in albion. and was just wondering what you guys thought of albion as a place to invest and also my situation being that there is 21 units. also the "albion mill" development is starting soon which is developing the old albion mill into units and new shops to give it a new look.
now being that its a 3bed and not a 2bed which i thought makes it stand out compared to the rest and i thought that seeing the new development it would raise the value of the unit easy over 3-5 years
what do you guys think?
