    Hi, we have  large land in Banyule Shire.  We want to build out the back, but there is sewerage easment.   Is there anyway we can build over this?      I have heard of sewer encasement. Has anyone else had experience with this?

    Generally 2 options: sewer encasement (excavate & surround in concrete) or pier and beam around the sewer (bore concrete piers to a level below the sewer & support the new structure on the piers).
