All Topics / Help Needed! / Most comprehensive resource for old listings?
What is the best resource for viewing old listings? I've found a few sites, but it would be great to find one with REALLY comprehensive archives of listings, preferably with photos, results, etc etc
Also, Is there a way to check if a property has ever actually been under offer? Is there a place where this information can be found, rather than relying on agents claims to the above at certain prices?
Thanks in advance guys!
Thanks for that link. I've actually seen that site before, and unfortunately it doesn't have very comprehensive listings. No data about which agent it was with, no photos etc.
Are there any other resources that could be used for this kind of research?
It really comes down to how well you know the area. I would suggest that you firstly target the area that you want to invest in.Then then inspect all the properties for sale that are in your range and then track them from week to week. I have been doing this for years,
