    HI All

    I am interested in purchasing a one year old terrace built by SAFs Developments which is an independent builder.  The terrace is covered by homeowners warranty.

    Questions –

    Has anyone used SAFs Developments before or purchased their newly built property?  Any feedback on their quality of work would be appreciated.

    Can anyone recommend whether it is better to buy an older house or a new property?  I am concerned that structural defects won't necessary be identified within the 7 year home owners warranty period.
