    Hello all,

I suppose this is more for property valuers out there, which valuation software do you use?

Ive heard some good + bad reviews on Valuepro, which i'm thinking of getting as they seem to be the best of the bunch in terms of features etc.

Would be keen to obtain some feedback on pros and cons if you've used them before.

    Cheers,

    Deb

Not a valuer but I use residex and APM – don't have an issue with either. Both present nicely – both draw similar data from similar sources.

    Cheers

I chippy friend of mine recommended this:-

Also, he said that Harvey Norman (of all companies) sells a builders package for estimating. I haven't checked it out yet, but he's reliable so well worth a call in to see if it could be what you're looking for.

    Cheers
