    Hi guys, 

    Looking at a place to buy, and heard about RP Data that gives you info on properties previous sale history etc.

    Does anyone know where I can access this information for FREE or is RP Data the only place, and it costs about $40 per report.

    I have seen a report done by them, showed the previous sale price on a house, who listed it, when it was last bought and sold…. unreal.

    I live in WA.

    Why does everyone have a fixation with previous sales price? It often bears little or no relationship with cmv. Especially if the previous/current owner has carried out work
