    Hi All,

                  What trade would measure and do up a very basic floor plan of an existing IP?

    I didn't do it when I bought it and to get too and from the location of the IP would be much more expensive than paying someone.

    Depending upon the location of the property, ie metro, then places like ABC Photosigns (who send out  a photographer) will prepare a building layout including room sizes (just like the ones on Domain/Realestate.com.au

    Surveyors can also do internal building surveys. More accurate than a draftie with a tape measure, but depends what level of detail and accuracy you are after.
