All Topics / Help Needed! / Accountant/Adviser in the Hunter valley NSW?
I have been looking through the telephone book and scanning local advertisements around my area but I cant seem to find an accountant or advisor that specialises in property. I really am looking for people who practice what they preach (property) and not the usaual bonds, futures and stocks etc. Does any body know of any person or firm around my area (Hunter Valley NSW)
Hi Reggie
Might be time to look beyond Newcastle – there's plenty of options in Sydney.
Nick Moustacas is a good accountant.
House of Wealth also has an office in Sydney.
What sort of advice are you after? A buyer agent type service or more of a mentoring type service?
Cheers
Jamie

I am looking for advice on trusts and guidance in choosing the best startergy for my situation. I am open and willing to go further a field to gain the right advice?
Not sure where Terry is up to with this sort of stuff.
Last time I looked he was off learning a foreign language and learning how to pole dance but his posts reflect a comprehensive understanding of structures. I reckon he would be worth a PM at the very least.
PS – hope that didn't do irreparable damage to your reputation Terry
Sounds like you need an accountant, solicitor and a banker/broker.
There are some good bargains in the hunter – which area are you specifically looking?

Pole dancing as well – I don't know how the guy manages
Terry is definitely worth contacting as well. If he can't help you – then his associates at House of Wealth will.
Cheers

Hi Derek, thanks for the mention. I am a lawyer, tax advisor, finance broker and qualified fin planner (but not practicing yet). Also interpreter in Japanese – but a bit rusty now. Given up pole dancing as I am too heavy now.
I can advise on all aspects of setting up structures and asset protection. But not taking new clients for another month while I set up my new law firm, FinLaw…
