Hey everybody just wondering has anybody renovated for profit in Cairns?
Im currently in the process of finding an area I live in cairns and am looking to build the bank through renos and subdivisions, im using Dean and Elise Parkers complete renovation system to help me out and its been really useful so far… from what i can see there are certain suburbs and sub parts of suburbs that could potentially turn a profit even considering the market is basically just holding steady up here at the moment.. But in saying that 2 streets the wrong way in certain areas and the price bracket and sale potential can change pretty dramatically…
Just wondering what peoples thoughts are..?
