Hi everyone,
Does anyone has a good experience buying repossessed properties in bad state in London? I have came across good opportunity and been talking to agent. As there is work required for about 30k, I want to approach agent to negotiate price and offer him bigger commission… Would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you
