    Not in Sydney but do have an investment property focus and have bought the odd IP or 40.

    If you are looking for someone in Sydney i can also recommend Jamie from the forum who is in Canberra as a top lad.

    I second that!  

    Richard is a bit of a 'financial superhero' as far as my husband & I am concerned!  

    He has helped us out so much & we are Melbourne based, so the fact that you are in Sydney & he is in Brisbane doesn't matter.

    Third that.  Richard is a superhero.  I've had him sort out several mortgages for me now… and I have yet to sit down and meet the man face to face.  Email and phone is all you need.

    Can also highly recommend Jamie M on this forum.  He's just organised finance for our 2nd IP in NSW (I'm in Brisbane).  Doesn't really matter where you live or intend to buy – can all be done by phone and email.
