Most likely need to speak to someone in WA regarding this?
I have a property that I wish to subdivide, and renovate the front house and sell off leaving the back block for development. I assume the front home is going to need to have a green title first. I plan to build 4 apartments on the land out the back once the front is sold so I am thinking it will then need a strata title. I know you can't get the titles on these multis until the end of construction. Anyone keen to give some pointers before I tackle someone else?
