A friend has recommended these guys (assuming mostly its mentoring but perhaps as buyers agents).
Anyone have any experience or review of their services. I cant seem to find much.

These guys are definitely interested in selling property to you. However is it all bad? I don't know.
How far did your friend go with this company? Did he buy a property and what has the outcome been so far?
I dealt with them to secure my first investment property, a 1 bedroom apartment in suburban Melbourne. Block was being built, so was going to be 12 months or so before it could be rented out. The guys there were very helpful, and I probably paid around what I would to a financial advisor and accountant to set it all up. On completion of the apartments, it was only a couple of weeks before I had a tenant. So, a bit more expensive than going it alone, but I feel that I have a good investment there. Probably will stick to existing properties in the future, though with the stamp duty savings buying off plan, it may still be worthwhile.
