Hey, Im just wondering if anyone is able to give me advice on building a house?
i have a few questions if anyone is able to answer them and/or give me added advice ill be thankful
quick run down this will be our second IP and funding is from the banks and location is NSW
– do cost go over the quoted amounts?
– what steps should we take
– are kit homes any good and cheaper than building from scratch?
– the kit home people said we can use the owner builder process or be project manager has anyone done this and is it cheaper
than normal?
– is there anything i should know or any issues anyone has experienced with kit homes or building from scratch
any other input i may have missed as i said im new to building and my brain is swimming with concerns at the moment so i cant think straight lol
