Sorry Patch you didn't ever mention any particular loan criteria your original post related to a Borrowers Agents website and us to comment on what we thought of them.
Again absolutely impossible to make an open recommendation without all of the facts and figures.
A lot of lenders offer the criteria you are after but whether you meet their lending criteria is a different matter.
Cheers

Can you explain what you mean by "A lot of lenders offer the criteria you are after but whether you meet their lending criteria is a different matter."
I do have a deposit and secure employment.
I apologize for not giving all the details in my first post. I am developing/learning with each comment I make and every post I read here.
The loan requirements you have provided is available through most banks/lenders. The question is what is your investment strategy both short and long term. Based on this need, the right product can be matched.
I strongly suggest you contact Richard, or one of the other great brokers on here and engage them to give you a full run down, not only of the different options available from the various products on the market, but also how to structure your repayments cost effectively. You also should plan for future purchases upfront. In finance its very difficult to reverse mistakes in loan structuring, particularly if you're badly structured in terms of tax efficiency. You will do well with an experienced and knowledgeable broker on your team.
