Hi there everyone,
A mate and I are looking to invest ( 1:2) in Brimbank and we're wondering if any others here in Melbourne have do so. If you have, how did you find your dealings with the Brimbank council and in particular the townplanning side of things?

Like any councils, if you know someone that works there you can pretty much do what you like. Most brimbank councilors were sacked a couple years ago due to corruption.
