Hi i am really new at the property game and seeking advice as to what facilities i would have to provide if I wanted to sell the land at the back of my house?
As in do i have to provide water, storm water, drainige pits, power ect and ive heard somthing about laying a drive way before sale witch seems silly concidering there will adventualy be trucks delivering materials for the build and would more than likley damage the drive in the process
Once the land is sub-divided you can just sell it. It would then have a separate title.
