Builder Wanted – Wollongong

Hi All,

I'm looking to get into my third development property in the Wollongong area. The first 2 I did as an owner builder and managed the whole process. This taught me the valuable lesson of 'making money from buying right and producing the right product – not managing tradies'.

As a result I want to find a recommended and experienced builder who can design and build to a fixed price and get that I'm trying to make a profit not build the Taj Mahal.

Can anyone recommend such a builder in the wollongong area.
