All Topics / General Property / Property investment in Sydney western suburbs…
Hi All
I recently joined property investment website. I am looking to buy investment property with positive cashflow in Sydney western suburbs. This is my first time to buy investment property.
I have couple of suburbs such as Glenfield, Blacktown, Doonside etc in mind but not sure where to start
ANY SUGGESTIONS ??
Hi Geeta9,
Ropes crossing is an area in the blacktown LGA, that could have potential for you.
You can purchase house and land packages in this new estate for approx 420k and they are achieving approx 470pw rent.
If you would like more info just send me an email.
Hi Geeta
If it is for cash flow and investment I will recommend any apartment in Blacktown or Parramatta near train station, easy to rent out and good rental return. The market still reflects to be a buyers market so now is the time to buy
Feel free to ask any questions
Regards
Inder
There's a swarm of FHB's looking for properties in West Syd at the moment (so I've been told). Depending on your price range, you may find yourself competing in a market that's temporarily inflated.
Cheers

geeta9, will stick to tight budget and look for properties around 300k in western sydney.
Hey Geeta9,
I'm a mortgage broker and i've had several clients have a fair bit of success in Jordan Springs, a new development near Penrith. They are all cash flow positive. Here are their case studies if you are interested?

Here is a market overview as well!
