Reduction in County Taxes

Hi All

I have received a number of county tax bills and most of my taxes have been reduced as much as 50%, I just got notice of 1 today from $2500 to $1200 this certainly helps with the figures. 

I also had a couple where the taxes were only marginally reduced so I got my RE agent to file an appeal and we had a very good outcome reduced almost 50%. Overall with the number of properties I have this could be a potential saving of close to $8000 pa.

My properties are in Atlanta, anyone experiencing similar scenario.

I suspect that this will be short lived as prices are now rising, will be only a matter of time before they claw back up.
