Canberra networking and property meeting 18 Sept

This is a monthly meeting run on the third Tues of each month, to meet others who invest and have time to meet and catch up with each other. We also have a monthly speaker to provide some learning to the evening, without becoming an event where you are 'sold to'. We meet at the Civic library, on London Cct in the City (next to Canberra Theatre).

Our next meeting is on Tues 18th Sept, at 7.30pm on the wholistic topic of effective communiction. Allan Oliver is an acclaimed facilitator and educator, who will enlighten and inform us with some tools we can use right away to fine-tune your ‘soft skills’ of investing. Improve your communication with agents, tradespeople, and other professionals on your investing team. Be prepared to learn some common mistakes we may all be making, without even realising. This will help not only your professional conversations and negotiations, but will improve all areas of your life. Finally, we might be able to understand why our loved ones frustrate us, or perhaps get an extra $5,000 in an upcoming price negotiation by using your new super powers.  Communication is a skill for life, come and hear some practical tips to help you communicate with confidence, and meet other like-minded locals.
