Hi All!
I'm looking for names of any good real estate investment books, in relation to positive/negative gearing, taxation, strategies, etc, etc.
I've read Steve's book "From 0 to 130 Properties in 3.5 years" and a friend has recommended "Real Estate Riches"
Any recommendations would be much appreciated

Some other authors you may wish to explore include:
Jan Somers
Peter Spann
Michael Yardney
John Fitzgerald
I got something from each and everyone of them.
Others speak highly of Margaret Lomas books.

Hi JP,
There are two huge threads with book lists, just run a search on 'book list' and you should find them.
I would say that based on suggestions on the site there are 100's of great books to read!

I agree, books from the Jan Somer, Peter Spann and Michael Yardney are well worth the read.

There's also a couple of decent investment property mags.
Australian Property Investor and Your Investment Property – I used to enjoy having a read of these when I had a bit more time.

I like John Reed books on real estate investment. They are always full of great information and have a lot of practical advises, especially for people who are new to property investment.

Take it for what it's worth but I believe it's best to be open about affiliate links, e.g. webuyhouses.infusionsoft.com/go/booktour/shereeb A short declaration that it's an affiliate link helps credibility.
Regarding the book in question, it does give a broad overview of the various VF techniques. However what I found disappointing was there was one short reference to the NCCP Act 2009 and no mention of any required licensing.
