    hello all!

My partner and i are finally ready to seriously considering buying investment property. With about 350k as budget, we are looking to buy a 3 bedroom house. We are seriously considering Seabrock because it gives us what we need within our budget.some decent land and decent house. which we will rent it out. how do we know about the rental market in this area(ex: like how long is the vaccancy time/wats the expected rental income etc/council rates etc). we r inspecting a house which is very close to Seabrock Primary school with land size of 550.Would like to know all ur thoughts on this.

I'd like help in accessing if Seabrock is an ok suburb and if it will experience growth in the next 5 years. If not….is there any other suburb in vic that we consider that would meet our requirements?

    ta,

The transport situation is bad around that area.  Only one road that can get you to the freeway and it is clogged every single day.  Bit far from the train station to rely on walking and training it to the city for work.

It is widely considered that houses in Seabrook and Point Cook are over priced and thus cannot expect much capital growth over the short to medium term.
