    Just to clarify… When everyone keeps mentioning Atlanta as a good city for investment, are we referring to Atlanta Georgia? The prices are cheap as chips but rents are low and crime is high. Nowhere in Atlanta could I locate a property

    that sat at less than 400 in the crime scale (100 being national average). Did your AC unit and copper remain in place after you purchased your Atlanta IP? Any other drawbacks about the place?
