Is there anyone out there that has had anything to with the above govt dept when it comes to leasing. It is the state dept of housing who lease private housing for government employees ie:police , nurses, teachers etc aswell as indigenous housing. Rents are predominantly signed and garunteed long term ( 3-5 yrs ) and are payable even if the property is vacant.Been doing some research and from here it looks like a fairly decent option if you are looking at regional centres. Any thoughts ???
