Are there any other benefits of buying a condo unit on higher floors besides of scenic view? Let me know if you have ideas.

Yes, you'll get more privacy on higher levels. Additionally, if the surroundings is nice, you'll have better view. And you are farther from noise polution.

Well said, to complete the answer, higher level units offers unobstructed view of the skyline, privacy as well and most importantly far away from noise pollution since higher levels are often less crowded in contrast to lower level units. Thanks for sharing your thought.
Units on higher level definitely give you more privacy. Less noise too.
Higher level units will get you away from the noise and obstructed views. However, it totally depends on your life style and priorities. Speaking for myself, higher level unit suits me well.
