Hi! I am new to this forum/site and am loving all the great information and helpful tips, I am a 20 year old student living in Melbourne who is hoping to finish uni soon, get a job and put my earnings into an IP as soon as possible!
Im just beginning to do some research and was wondering where you thought some good areas in regional Victoria were to begin to look for properties?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
