I would like to know if anyone is using and recommends purchasing property investment software.
I have found a couple of products and wonder if such software is useful for keeping track of the properties I have bought. Here they are:

I would really like to be able to understand the status of my properties, taking into account purchase costs, loans, rental income, repairs etc. I want to understand how my investment is performing and be able to know what kind of profit (or loss!) I would have if I were to sell at some time in the future based on all the costs etc. involved.

For me, I already know how to do the calculations so I just punch in the formulas in Microsoft Excel. Makes life much easier for me especially as I have the flexibility to change things easily. You can add calculators in Excel as you see fit, from stamp duty calculator, home loan calculator etc..
How did you go, did you try any of these calculators? Been looking at them myself:)
