Hardstand for community development

Hi All,

We are in the process of subdividing a land parcel into 5 X 500sm blocks.Being rural,it is quire common to have crushed gravel entry/exit points.The council originally gave verbal ok this would happen here as well.Today,they are asking for paving/asphalt hardstand,after all the due dilligence into costings,this was the last thing i needed,as we now own the blockhave spent money etc in the process of developing it.The driveway area is 100m X 6m,meaning 6000sm.Any help on this issue?any approx costs to achieve this council condition?
