Hi all. I've found a property which looks like a winner however is a Stratum Title as opposed to Strata. I've done some reading and now I understand the difference between Stratum/Strata/Company Share, and it appears that the Service Company will operate in a similar/same way as an Owner's Corp, however it did get mixed reviews about whether or now its a worthwhile purchase.
Does anyone have experience with Statum? In particular the ability to borrow (im still waiting to hear back from my bank about this), and its impact on purchase price/re-sale?
