Our speaker for this month is Brendon Black, who has been investing for many years using creative strategies such as second mortgage carrybacks and onselling with vendor finance, also known as wraps. Brendon has just returned from the US, and will be sharing with the group what he learned and implemented while there, and how he will be applying it in the local market. Come and hear how he’s educated himself and learn more for yourself about this strategy from someone who is up to date with ASIC licensing requirements and has demonstrated experience in this field of investing. Brendon will be walking us through a deal where he used vendor finance to both purchase and sell a property, creating passive income for himself.
