Am I right in thinking units are generally overpriced in comparison to a single dwelling on a block of land?
I have been researching my own suburb, my 3br house has been evaluated at $470K with a land size of about 699m2. Units in same suburb – some even with 3 on a block sell for about $350Kish and tiny block sizes.
