    Who is first to start a list of all the suburbs where all fixed expenses plus interest cost are less than rent at the moment? Maybe using the current 5 year IO @ 100% of purchase costs. Include all cost including vacancy.

    Would be a pretty short list:
    Moranbah
    Dysart
    Blackwater
    Newman
    Port Hedland
    South Hedland
    Karratha

    All make the list comfortably at 10%+ yields and near 0% vacancy rates. Go the mining boom :)

    Okay, have not really been on the forum since march. This was a huge conversation starter(not). Few things have changed since then. What about now? Who is willing to reveal the burbs that are paying for themselves?
