Irish property- advice sought.

I was wondering if someone could recommend a consultant that I could speak to here in relation to a hugely negative, negative equity property that I have in Ireland.

I've been resident in Australia for the last 4 years (renting), transferring money into a mortgage on a property that is worthless.

I would like to know what repurcussions there would be for me here if I just gave up and stopped paying.
