I had purchase one property this month in Mckinney, Texas (north of Dallas) and considering to buy more in Dallas. I have been there in Nov, like the city, good schools, good jobs, low crime, low price property, and the cities in north dallas like Fisco, allen, mckinney are realy some place people would like to live in not 'have to', I use HSBC mortgage for the first purchase, which is under processing now, I am considering my second purchase, as HSBC do not support your second purchase in States. it is very hard to find a lender provide a long term reasonale program for foreigner without a FICO scord or doesn't have a job in States. Anyone have a lender to suggest which serve the dallas area?
