I’m looking to build 4 2 story 3 bedroom townhouses in Gladstone and was wondering what prices I should be looking at per square metre? I reckon each townhouse will be around 150sq and to a medium standard.
Anyone developing in Gladstone at the moment and could give me a heads up on prices?
