    Hi everyone,

    I've approached a few loan brokers and have been informed that I will be able to secure financing at 90% LVR. I am looking for loan providers who may provide 95% LVR. Would anyone be able to recommend brokers/loan providers who have successfully arranged for this, particularly for temp business visa 457 holders? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    95% lvr should be available but as it is likely to be credit scored at that lvr it will depend on 101 other items.
