    Hi guys, we are in the market planning to build our first home and we have chosen Metricon as our preferred builder. Does anyone in this forum have experience with Merticon? We are not going for any flash design they do, we are looking at basic 149sqm single story house.

    I am trying to find out about their build quality.
    Do they work on a fixed (site) cost as per the contract.

    Any suggestion will be appreciated.
