    hi all,
    what are the full list of costs associated with selling an apartment apart from the sales commission?
    i have only bought properties so far not sold so a list and rough approximate for each would be great.
    other obvious things are cost for creating brochures but what else?

    Zoning Certificate
    Marketing
    Agent Commission
    Discharge of mortgage
    Legal out of pockets
