Need advice about house price!
A three bedroom end of terrace with two reception rooms. The property is extended giving a larger than normal kitchen and dining room. Benefits include fully double glazed, gas fired central heating and modern kitchen and bathroom. A garage is accessable via own driveway giving off road parking for 2/3 cars
What price will be good for fast selling?

A bit hard to determine just from the above information you have provided
If you can provide the following information, we might be able to give you a rough guesses
- Where is the property located?
- How much is it renting for?

As kong mentioned…Location and rental-
What you have provided + the pictures you have shown it could be ANY house…$7,000- $2M+
