    Am interested in a property up in the hill of Newport Northen Beaches. Will be needing a Building & Pest as well as Geotech inspection ASAP! Can anyone please recommend any in the area with good reputation and reasonable prices?

    check with council as the lep should indicate if the land is in a slip zone (obvious, if on the hillside).
