feasibility study program

Hi All,

does anybody have any suggestions for a feasibility program I can buy for a reasonable price. I would like to be able to input all the costs for a development and see the projected intrest costs throughout the project, peak debt, profit at the end etc . Be able to change different variables like  loan interest rate, material costing if a reno. I usually do projects where i am buying a property, sub-dividing, retain the exisitng house and build a new delling on the new block and then sell them both.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated
