i have an investment property but i usually managed my property and collect the money from tenant. i just found out they are arrear few weeks of the rental of my property. i have been contacted them to pay but one is away for holiday another one not contact me back. i was thinking to use the property management.
i need you guy help or recommend of best property management in WA. Received one!!!
management fee 8.25%
property condition report $155 include GST
inventory report $77 GST
routine inspection charge $77 include GST
final bond inspection and processing $100 GST
incidental charges $88 per hoursThanks and regards

To compare the fee’s it depends on Location?
management fee 8.25% – a bithigh, but if it’s in a rural location then there’s not much you can do here..
Not sure why you are paying the below cost— it should be part of the Management fee!

I would call a couple of others and compare prices.
I'd also be asking for recommendations from other investors. Perhaps start another thread with it in the title.
