I have been asked in one of the threads if the Australian Government allows Singaporeans to invest in our country. I hope that someone here do have the extensive answer for the question. Do foreign investors can also lend money from the government?

    Thanks in advance.

Yes you can; subject to the FIBR approval. But essentially your allowed to buy
    1. OTP
    2. Vacant land + construction
    3. New property

This is not just for Singaporean; but any Foreign Investors

    Regards
