    Hey all

    I'm looking to sell my point cook investment property. Anyone used agents within this area? What was your experience like?

    Hi,
    I have not dealt with them directly but BarryPlan seem to be very popular. They seem to be getting good prices and are generally reliable. I know another agent Benlor Real Estate but my experience with them is not very good.

    I have a property currently for sale in the area with Sudha Pon from Sanctuary Lakes Real Estate. I originally purchased from her also. I have been impressed with her, she is very good at keeping you up to date on the status of your property and what is happening in the market.
