For a basic 1 bedder unit I.P. would you put in a freestanding oven, or a separate under bench oven and cooktop unit?

I'm no investor but I have rented for 4 years now in several properties…
Every single one that I have been in – excluding my current (renovated kitchen due to flood damage from 2011 floods), had that exact same freestanding oven.
Most recently I have lived in a 4 bedroom house and also 2xtwo bedroom house/apartments.
Hope this helps mate.
LPG.
As a side note, JacM, as a tenant…
I absolutely prefer the inbuilt cooktops and under-bench oven
It looks so much nicer and gives a more modern feel.
Perhaps if it would help I could post pictures of how our new kitchen looks (also a 2 bedroom apartment) and how it makes the place look much better?
Hi Jac
If you opt for an under-bench oven, you can usually pick up one from here for less than $300 (including buyers premium and shipping) from here – http://www.graysonline.com/lot/0001-2023031/appliances-and-whitegoods/ole-60cm-stainless-steel-electric-oven-model-aae40011?spr=true

Totally dependent upon your target market. No point in having a range where the norm is u/b & hotplates.
