    G'day all…

    We are currently building a townhouse in front of our current PPOR on a 811m2 block. Both properties are identical, however our PPOR was built 18 months ago. I'm just interested in how much we might be looking at paying to have the properties strata titled in the event we sell one or both in the next 18 months. The properties are in Hobart, Tasmania. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

    Hi tugger,

    how much you pay is on a council by council basis. Call the Hobart Council for information.

    To strata or not to strata is also a council issue. .
