Is there a good website or a list of developers that I should be searching reguarly to find out about residential property developments in Sydney that are available to buy off the plan? I'm probably trying to steer clear of Meriton/Mirvac type developments due to negative opinions on resale and quality of building.

Likewise , I have a few ins with a couple of development companies in the inner city & north shore.
the planning office requires public display. it wouldnt be a bad way to prospect
which planning office OA ? There is no such centralised beast in Oz.
